Curodont® — Treat Early Decay Before Drilling
Not every early cavity needs to begin with a drill. For qualifying early, non-cavitated areas of decay, Curodont supports remineralization before more extensive restorative treatment becomes necessary.
Early detection gives us the opportunity to intervene sooner and more conservatively—helping preserve healthy enamel and dentin.
Ceramic-Filled Composite Fillings
For teeth that do require a filling, we offer ceramic-filled composite restorations as a natural-looking, metal-free option.
These modern composites combine a resin-based restorative material with ceramic filler particles, allowing us to create strong, highly aesthetic restorations that are adhesively bonded directly to the tooth.
Because they are bonded rather than mechanically retained like traditional metal fillings, we can focus on removing damaged tooth structure while preserving healthy tooth whenever possible.
Ceramic Inlays & Onlays — A Conservative Alternative to Some Crowns
A damaged tooth doesn't always require a full crown.
When a tooth needs more reinforcement than a traditional filling but still has significant healthy structure remaining, a ceramic inlay or onlay may provide a conservative alternative.
These custom, metal-free restorations are bonded to the tooth and can restore damaged areas while preserving portions of healthy natural enamel and dentin that might otherwise be removed for a full-coverage crown.
Immediate Dentin Sealing
Immediate Dentin Sealing (IDS) is an advanced adhesive technique used with certain indirect restorations. Freshly prepared dentin is sealed before the final restoration is bonded, helping create a protected and optimized adhesive foundation.
It's one of the many details that distinguish biomimetic dentistry: we don't simply focus on what restoration is placed—we pay attention to how the tooth is prepared, protected, bonded, and restored.
Metal-Free Restorations
Our metal-free restorative options may include:

Material selection is personalized based on the amount of remaining tooth structure, location of the tooth, bite forces, aesthetics, and long-term restorative needs.
Safe Amalgam Removal
For patients with older silver or amalgam fillings, we offer careful removal techniques when replacement is clinically appropriate or elected after discussing the risks and benefits.
Depending on the clinical situation, our approach may incorporate rubber dam isolation, high-volume evacuation, continuous water irrigation, careful sectioning of the existing restoration, high-volume suction and responsible amalgam waste management.
Once the existing restoration is removed, we evaluate the remaining tooth structure and determine whether a ceramic-filled composite, ceramic inlay or onlay, or metal-free crown is the most appropriate restoration.
Not every intact amalgam filling needs to be removed. Our recommendations are based on the condition of the restoration and tooth, your preferences, and a careful discussion of your options.
Ozone Therapy
Ozone therapy may be incorporated as an adjunct to selected restorative treatments for its antimicrobial properties.

Do I Really Need a Crown?
