At Comfy Dental Studios, we believe that true wellness goes beyond a healthy smile. That's why we're proud to offer EXOMIND® — a breakthrough non-invasive brain stimulation technology designed to support mental well-being, reduce stress, improve sleep, and help patients build healthier habits around eating and self-control. Led by Dr. Sara Sabokpey, our team is committed to offering innovative solutions that support whole-body health for our Beverly Hills patients.
What Is Exomind®?
EXOMIND® is a cutting-edge wellness technology that uses ExoTMS™ — a form of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) — to gently and non-invasively stimulate specific regions of the brain. TMS technology works by delivering precisely targeted magnetic pulses to areas of the brain involved in mood regulation, impulse control, and emotional well-being. The result is a comfortable, in-office treatment that requires no needles, no surgery, and no downtime.
Unlike medications or intensive behavioral programs, EXOMIND® works directly with the brain's natural pathways — helping patients achieve meaningful improvements in areas like stress, sleep quality, food cravings, and self-control. Each session takes place comfortably in our Beverly Hills office, and most patients complete a course of 4–6 treatments spaced a few days apart.
What Can Exomind® Help With?
EXOMIND® has been studied across multiple clinical settings for a range of wellness concerns. Here's what the published research shows:
- Mental Well-Being: In a multicenter clinical study using the validated Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS), 88% of patients showed measurable improvement in mental well-being scores after completing EXOMIND® treatments. Patients reported thinking more positively, feeling happier, and — among those diagnosed with depression — feeling less depressed and less stressed.
- Sleep & Stress: A randomized, sham-controlled IRB-approved trial found that average sleep quality scores (PSQI) improved significantly — dropping from 9.5 at baseline to 5.8 after treatment. 88% of patients reported improved sleep quality and reduced stress levels, and 71% reported feeling less irritable at the one-month follow-up.
- Binge Eating: In a multicenter review of 38 patients evaluated using the validated Binge Eating Scale (BES), 74% showed a complete alleviation of binge eating symptoms at the one-month follow-up, and 87% reported improved self-control over eating.
- Food Cravings & Weight: A study of 23 patients using the Food Cravings Questionnaire-Trait (FCQ-T) found that 100% of patients experienced reduced food cravings, with an average weight loss of 5.07 lbs at the one-month follow-up. 78% of patients had lost weight by that point, and 87% reported satisfaction with their outcomes.
- Willpower & Self-Control: A randomized, sham-controlled IRB-approved trial of 51 patients found that the active EXOMIND® group showed 296% greater improvement in self-control scores (BSCS) compared to the sham group, and 231% greater improvement in food craving scores (FCQ-T). 76% of patients reported feeling more in control of their everyday diet.
What to Expect During an Exomind® Session
- Comfortable & Non-Invasive: EXOMIND® sessions are designed to be relaxing. Across all published clinical studies, the vast majority of patients — up to 100% in some trials — reported their treatments as comfortable. There are no needles, no incisions, and no anesthesia required.
- Quick, In-Office Treatments: Each session is performed right here in our Beverly Hills office. Most patients complete a course of 4–6 treatments, each spaced 3–7 days apart. There's no recovery time — you can return to your normal routine immediately after.
- No Serious Adverse Events: All published clinical trials on EXOMIND® reported no serious adverse events. The technology has a strong safety profile, making it a well-tolerated option for a wide range of adult patients.
- Results That Build Over Time: Many patients notice continued improvement between sessions and at their one-month follow-up. Clinical studies tracked outcomes at last treatment and again at one and three months post-treatment, consistently showing sustained results.
